Mill Creek Residential seeks a Service Technician I to perform routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial, and groundskeeping tasks across a community. You will respond to requests, perform basic repairs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will work under the Service Manager and Community Manager, focusing on make-ready work, preventative maintenance, and timely service requests while upholding Mill Creek’s mission and standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience performing maintenance duties helpful.
• Multifamily maintenance experience helpful.

Mansioni

• Maintain physical condition and appearance of assigned community.
• Assist in general duties: maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping.
• Keep buildings, corridors, and common areas clean and safe.
