Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician I to maintain the physical condition and curb appeal of our communities. The role involves routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial work, and groundskeeping, with repairs in occupied and vacant units.

The position emphasizes safety, timely service requests, and adherence to company standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior maintenance exposure; a multi-family background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Experience performing maintenance duties helpful.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and appearance of an assigned community in accordance with operating and safety standards.
• Assist in organizing and performing general duties, preventative maintenance, repairs, cleaning and janitorial, and groundskeeping, consistent with Mill Creek Residential operating standards.
• Maintain buildings, corridors, stairwells, and breezeways free of trash, dirt and debris.
• Perform maintenance in vacant apartment homes and painting in vacant homes.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and Fair Housing regulations.
