Job summary

Mill Creek Residential seeks a Service Technician I to maintain the appearance and safety of an assigned community, performing routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial, and groundskeeping tasks. You will identify problems, complete service requests, and keep common areas in a clean, safe condition.

Respond to resident requests promptly, perform make-ready tasks in vacant homes, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience performing maintenance duties helpful.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and safety of assigned community.
• Perform general maintenance, cleaning, janitorial, and groundskeeping.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other trades as needed.
• Replace light bulbs; pressure wash as needed.
• Address resident requests promptly with good service.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety standards.
