Drury Inn & Suites Blue Springs seeks a Maintenance Technician I to keep the property safe, clean, and guest-ready. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I teammates and share safety best practices.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, filtration, and basic mechanical operations.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running property and grounds.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety and injury-prevention programs.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule for department needs.
• Deliver courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
