Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge across multiple systems.
• Ability to train Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Knowledge of water chemistry, testing, filtration, and mechanical operations.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring safety/compliance programs.
• Knowledge of building maintenance incl. electrical & plumbing.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety, ergonomic, emergency response, and injury-prevention programs.
• Maintain detailed records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training to team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit and schedule.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience with courteous service.
