Drury Plaza Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to maintain an orderly, safe, and well‑functioning property in Columbia, MO. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems to ensure a quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Ability to complete partial or full dismantling of equipment.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, including electrical/plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Do light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repairs.
• Implement safety programs and maintain records and reports.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through courteous service.
