Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at our Berwick distribution center. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot conveyors, building systems, and electrical/controls equipment to keep operations at peak efficiency.

You will diagnose complex electrical problems, maintain safety standards, and support equipment uptime while documenting work orders and communicating with leadership. Shift: 5:00 PM–3:30 AM (6th shift).

Qualifications

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology.
• 2 years industrial maintenance in electronic tech OR 3 years in industrial maintenance (electronic tech).
• PLC/PC programming knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on electrical experience including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24 VDC systems.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment including lift trucks and dock equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic problems with PLCs, motor drives, and I/O devices.
• Diagnose using drawings and diagnostic tools; maintain organized work area.
• Communicate issues to leadership and suppliers to minimize downtime.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and uphold customer-service approach.
