Action Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support building systems upkeep and facilities maintenance. Under supervision, you will perform routine tasks and assist senior technicians, gaining hands-on experience for more advanced responsibilities.

You will handle preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, and support safety standards and documentation while contributing to a well-maintained community environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Hands-on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Drywall is highly desired.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools, PPE and OSHA standards.
• High Rise Property Management or Hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented attitude.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willing to obtain First Aid/CPR, Fire Director, Weekly Fire and OSHA 10 certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Routine Maintenance: perform basic maintenance tasks like cleaning, painting, minor plumbing repairs, and landscaping.
• Preventive Maintenance: assist with filter changes, lubrication, and inspections.
• Emergency Response: assist higher-level technicians for urgent repairs.
• Teamwork: collaborate with maintenance staff to complete tasks efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: follow safety rules and PPE usage.
• Administrative Tasks: keep accurate records of work and inventory.
• Property Maintenance: maintain common areas, trash removal, and landscaping.
• Pool Maintenance: assist with pool and spa care and basic equipment operation.
