Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, contribute to make-ready tasks, and ensure operations align with property objectives.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, grounds care, and general repairs to common areas and units, with emphasis on safety and timely completion.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property's operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
