Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy for work orders and inventory systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.
• Time management for balancing daily tasks and emergencies.
• Awareness of safety protocols and OSHA basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Manage service tickets (open, assign, complete, close).
• Set up and tear down rooms for meetings and events.
• Perform daily building walks to check safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Inspect and complete minor equipment repairs.
• Report issues to lead technician for vendor or engineer support.
• Assist with vendor coordination and work order tracking.
• Support internal teams with office and event needs (printing, posting, decorating).
• Help upkeep of common areas.
• Assist with basic inventory management of supplies and tools.
• Other duties as needed
