Job summary

Contemporary Management Concepts (CMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive work across residential community facilities. You will handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and maintain pools, decks, and common areas to ensure safety and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include updating maintenance logs, managing inventory, and responding promptly to resident requests.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Establish and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Repair and install appliances and fixtures as needed.
• Maintain pool and deck area cleanliness and safety; keep logs up to date.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and document maintenance actions.
