Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry preferred.
• Requires OSHA-10 training for Construction and General Industries.
• Certificate of completion of courses in trades preferred.
• Clean driving record; pass HMSHost MVR background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, diagnoses and performs repairs within guidelines.
• Maintains small appliances, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ensures facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
