HMSHost at Atlanta Airport is seeking a maintenance worker to inspect, diagnose and repair a variety of systems in line with safety guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, coordinating repairs within budget and keeping preventive maintenance records.

The role requires at least 1 year in maintenance and a valid driving record; duties may involve landscaping or snow removal and exposure to extreme temperatures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a maintenance field.
• Knowledge of trades: landscaping, small appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry; certificates preferred.
• Clean driving record; able to pass HMSHost MVR background check.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Able to work on ladders.
• Exposure to extreme heat and cold.
• Operate equipment requiring repetitive hand/arm motions.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, diagnoses and repairs within guidelines and safety rules.
• Maintains small appliances, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Ensures safe operation of structures and equipment per safety regulations.
