Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Maintenance Person I at Memphis Airport to perform general maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and budgets. The role requires inspecting and maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems, and coordinating repairs with management.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum 1 year experience in maintenance field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry preferred.
• OSHA-10 training for Construction and General Industries.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, diagnoses and performs repairs within guidelines and safety rules.
• Maintains small appliances, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Keeps buildings safe and compliant with local/state/federal regulations.
• Coordinates repairs within approved budgetary guidelines.
• Maintains preventative maintenance schedules and records.
