Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for our apartment community. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general make-ready tasks to keep the community in excellent condition.

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards
