Job summary

Highmark Residential in Buena Vista Point, Orlando, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance tasks across the community. You will install, repair and rekey locks, and ensure service requests are completed promptly to keep the property safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and appliance repair.
• Ability to install, repair and rekey deadbolt locks and hardware.
• Reliable, punctual, self-starter and team player.
