Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for an apartment community in West Palm Beach, FL. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other trade tasks to keep the property safe and well-maintained.

The role requires punctuality, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset. On-call availability and a valid driver's license are preferred, with opportunities for career progression and benefits after a short introductory period.

• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks

• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
