Volprop is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at our apartment communities in Columbia, TN. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances, perform routine maintenance, and prepare units for turnovers while keeping grounds and common areas clean and safe.

You will participate in on-call rotations, maintain accurate records, and follow safety procedures.

Formación

• EPA certification or HVAC experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in multi-family settings.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Must provide proof of valid vehicle insurance and have a valid driver’s license.
