Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Las Villas De Kino in Tucson, AZ. You will perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting and plumbing duties, install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks, and ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance is required.

• Flexible, on-call as required.
