Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Harbor Creek. The role focuses on performing on-site maintenance tasks to keep the apartment community well-maintained and safe.

The position requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs in a residential setting. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are appreciated for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with make-ready and apartment maintenance preferred.
• Punctual, dependable self-starter and team player.

Responsabilités

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly.
• Participate in ongoing community maintenance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
• Maintain company safety standards
