Highmark Residential, LLC in Waterford Landing (Nashville area) seeks a Maintenance Technician I to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and painting duties, plus lock maintenance and timely service completions. You’ll participate in preventive maintenance and uphold safety standards.
