Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Bella Vista with responsibilities for a wide range of upkeep tasks at the apartment community.

You will perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and lock work while ensuring timely completion of service requests and adherence to safety standards, contributing to a well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Experience in make-ready and apartment maintenance.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Wamiliar with basic trades and property upkeep is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
