Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for The Hudson at Deerwood in Jacksonville. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and appliance repairs, install and rekey deadbolt locks, and ensure service requests are completed promptly to keep the community running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, self-starters who work well in a team, have make-ready and apartment maintenance experience, and are willing to work a flexible schedule and

• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain company safety standards.
