Job summary

Advenir Azora Living in Mount Pleasant, WI is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to support our property teams and residents. You will perform general maintenance, apartment prep, and assist with new construction punch items, while delivering reliable, friendly service.

Working Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with on-call rotations and seasonal snow removal. The role offers growth to higher technician levels, quarterly bonus potential, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K
