Advenir Azora Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will handle general maintenance, apartment prep, and assist with punching new construction homes, contributing to resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Work week is Monday-Friday, 40 hours, with on-call rotation. Growth opportunities to Technician II or Assistant Maintenance Supervisor. Benefits include quarterly bonus, 401K with match, PTO and holidays, apartment discounts.

You’ll keep residents happy with reliable, friendly service, work on property upkeep, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Snow removal responsibilities as required, seasonally. This role offers growth opportunities to Maintenance Technician II or Assistant Maintenance Supervisor.
