Advenir Azora Living in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform general maintenance, apartment prep, and assist with punching new construction homes. You will keep residents happy with reliable service and help maintain property upkeep.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, and an on-call rotation. Competitive hourly pay with seasonal snow removal and opportunities for advancement to Technician II or supervisor.

You'll handle general maintenance, apartment prep, and assist with punching new construction homes. You'll keep residents happy with reliable, friendly service, work on property upkeep, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Snow removal responsibilities as required, seasonally. This role offers growth opportunities to Maintenance Technician II or Assistant Maintenance Supervisor.
