Qualifications

• General maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week and in an on-call rotation.
• Snow removal responsibilities seasonally as needed.
• Strong organization and professional approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and apartment prep.
• Assist with punching new construction homes.
• Maintain property upkeep and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to snow removal during winter as required.
