Job summary

Advenir Azora Living seeks a Service Technician I to support maintenance and apartment prep, ensuring residents have a well-kept home. You will perform general repairs, assist with renovations, and help with property upkeep to keep the community running smoothly.

You’ll bring technical skills, professionalism, and strong organization. Weekend and on-call shifts may be required to meet resident needs and maintenance schedules.

• Must have strong technical abilities relevant to property maintenance.
• Must be professional, organized and able to multitask.
• Weekend work and on-call availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the apartments and common areas.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and renovations as needed.
• Provide reliable, friendly service to residents to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner; assist with property upkeep.
