Job summary

Maryland Management Company is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to manage resident work orders, perform apartment turnovers, and handle after-hours maintenance. You will execute routine repairs and upkeep across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems to ensure high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred, solid maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and owns basic tools.

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred.
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Must have a reliable transportation.
• Must have your own tools.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders.
• Perform apartment turnovers.
• Handle after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Snow removal and general upkeep.
• Follow safety procedures in all tasks.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Completion of resident work orders
2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
6. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• HVAC (EPA 608) certification preferred
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must have your own tools
• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
