Job summary

Maryland Management is seeking a skilled apartment maintenance technician in Severn, Maryland. You will handle resident work orders and emergency maintenance requests while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred CFC certification for working in apartment maintenance.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders efficiently.
• Manage emergency maintenance calls after hours.
• Perform snow removal duties and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Completion of resident work orders
2. Apartment Turnovers
3. Emergency on-call maintenance after hours
4. Snow Removal
5. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
6. Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• CFC certification preferred
• Apartment Maintenance experience preferred
• Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must have your own tools
• Upon conditional offer, background check and pre-employment drug screening required
