Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property management team. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks across our apartment communities, installing new appliances as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge; HVAC cert preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair items in the apartment community.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property grounds.
• Comply with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
