Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, TX, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service residential communities. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, and install appliances as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of related maintenance experience, a high school diploma, HVAC knowledge and certifications, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and reliability are essential, and on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and potentially drive a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior for clean, attractive curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
