Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential community maintenance team. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, install appliances, and respond to resident service requests to maintain curb appeal and safety.

We value proactive, collaborative team players who communicate clearly, follow safety guidelines, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC troubleshooting skills; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical); install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining exterior appearance for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
