The Jack-of-all-Trades role covers HVAC upkeep, preventive maintenance, apartment make-readies, and strong resident service. You must have 3+ years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA licensure required.
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems.
• On-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Own hand tools required.
• Ability to stand/walk, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make-ready) and punch lists.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and property visuals.
• Provide top-tier customer service to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
