Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to ensure repairs are completed timely to restore units to move-in ready condition.
• Completes maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep, including exterior grounds and common areas, and troubleshooting HVAC.
• Assists with identification and correction of hazardous conditions and reports hazards.
• Supports preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines.
• Maintains and secures property-issued tools.
• Shares on-call responsibilities, including inclement weather, with the maintenance team.
