Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to partner with the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring timely, professional service for residents. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, plus turnover and preventive maintenance, with a path to advancement to Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, documenting inventory, and keeping the work area organized. Full-time position with benefits and housing discounts available.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently skilled maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances and related systems.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklists.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, windows) and monitor building exterior for issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure safety of equipment and structures.
• Record new tools or equipment into inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area.
