Job summary

Brazos Residential Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in Arlington, TX. The role focuses on timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional resident service across units, common areas, and amenities.

You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and safety compliance while providing reliable support to the Property Manager and team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the multifamily Maintenance Technician position.
• Must have EPA Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have your own tools.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• CPO license or certification a plus.
• Flexibility to work on-call including holidays, weekends, and nights (on-call bonus pay).

Responsibilities

• Act as a role-model to the team and promote superior customer experiences.
• Participate in daily repair and grounds maintenance of the community.
• Perform maintenance requests in public, common areas, and units as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents.
• Support HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs as required.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Maintain records of maintenance forms and logs; be part of weekly on-call rotation.
