Job summary

Brazos Residential Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community by performing preventive and on-demand maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related trades. You will work with a maintenance team to ensure resident satisfaction and timely service in our multifamily communities.

Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required, with a valid Driver’s License and own tools.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• EPA Certification required; CPO certification a plus
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in multifamily maintenance
• Flexibility for on-call duties including holidays, weekends, and nights (bonus pay)
• Bi-lingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair in public and common areas, occupied and vacant units.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Assist the lead and other technicians on urgent service items and after-hours emergencies.
• Keep accurate records, time sheets, logs, and maintenance requests up to deadlines.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards to the Property Manager.
