Job summary

Brazos Residential Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team and help ensure resident satisfaction through timely service and proactive upkeep. You will support the management team, perform repairs across units and common areas, and participate in on-call rotations to handle after-hours calls.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, a valid driver’s license, EPA certification for HVAC work, and the ability to work independently while

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• EPA Certification for HVAC troubleshooting/repair.
• CPO license or certification a plus.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in multifamily maintenance.
• On-call availability including holidays/weekends/nights (on-call bonus).
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Role-model for maintenance team and promote superior customer experiences.
• Participate in daily repair and grounds maintenance of the community.
• Perform maintenance of public and common areas, units, and amenities.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships with residents.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair.
• Support management with urgent service items including emergency maintenance.
