Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in multifamily lead maintenance.
• EPA HVAC certification and working knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team; promote safety, efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other systems.
• Train, schedule, and manage team performance to meet goals.
• Set priorities, assign tasks, and maintain maintenance standards.
• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, grounds, and buildings.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and handle turnover for vacant units.
