Arlington Properties, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician in Orlando. You will prep vacant units, handle work orders, provide general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and appliance repairs.

You’ll also maintain grounds, assist with preventative maintenance, seasonal tasks, and on-call emergencies to keep residents comfortable and safe. We value hands-on skills, reliability, and teamwork.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal and pool upkeep.
• Be on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
• Work safely and efficiently with pride.
