Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities in Irvine, CA. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems, plus appliance installation to meet residents’ needs.

This on-site position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possibility of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Assist in maintaining exterior curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA and health, safety, and environmental laws.
