Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems across our apartment communities. You will be responsible for installing new appliances and ensuring service orders are completed promptly.

We value candidates with HVAC knowledge, EPA Type I/II certifications preferred, and excellent communication. The role requires being on-call at times and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• HVAC system troubleshooting and repair skills.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call if required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain exterior property to ensure curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
