Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and ensure market-ready units.
• Assist with make-readies and coordinate vendor support as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance shop and document work orders.
