Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver hands-on maintenance and customer-focused service across our residential communities. You will address HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues, prep vacant units and keep common areas safe and clean.

Weekend/evening shifts and on-call rotations are required to support residents and property operations. The role offers on-site work with a competitive salary range and opportunities for growth, training, and a strong benefits package

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds constantly.
Reliable transportation to work and on-call responses.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
Preserve building safety and upkeep, including grounds maintenance.
Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Work weekends, evenings and be on call for after-hours emergencies.
