Job summary

Morgan Properties in Alexandria, VA is hiring an Apartment Service Technician. You will troubleshoot HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, and help keep residents' homes in excellent condition with friendly, responsive service.

The role requires a valid driver's license and ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property. HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred, and at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Qualifications

• HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and laws.
• Respond to maintenance service tickets promptly.
• Communicate repairs and updates clearly with residents and staff.
