Job summary

Morgan Properties in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking an Apartment Service Technician to maintain and repair the 799-unit community. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues, perform maintenance tasks, and keep homes in excellent condition.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to commute within 30 minutes, and 1 year of related experience; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of related maintenance experience or equivalent education.
• Active, valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and comply with laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
