Job summary

TGM Communities in Willowbrook, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to assigned maintenance work orders and rectify issues during the workday.

Qualifications

• Experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC Type II Certification.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.
• Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.
• General clean-up of the community.
• Be available for after-hours emergency calls on a rotational basis.
• Provide your own basic hand tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
