Job summary

The Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold high standards of care across our multifamily properties. You will perform skilled repairs, prepare vacant units, and support safety and curb appeal initiatives while coordinating with property managers and residents.

This on-site role requires hands-on abilities in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance, plus strong customer service and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned maintenance service requests and turnover work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repairs, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections, ensuring units are prepared to property standards.
• Identify maintenance issues, determine necessary repairs, and complete work using proper tools and techniques.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized condition, ensuring job sites are left tidy after each task.
• Support preventative maintenance efforts for mechanical systems and equipment.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
• Monitor property grounds for safety hazards, code violations, and general upkeep including landscaping, snow removal, and curb appeal tasks.
