Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Irvine, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair apartment communities, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical, and install new appliances as needed. You will respond to resident service orders promptly, help maintain exterior curb appeal, and comply with OSHA and safety regulations.

A high school diploma and 1 year of related experience are required; HVAC certifications and EPA Type I/II are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC certification strongly preferred
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
• On-call for after-hours emergencies possible
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license may be required

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical). Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior for curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
